At Trinity Academy Education happens Under the Cross, Faith is not an added subject — it is the lens through which every subject is taught, explored, and applied.
In the primary years, instruction emphasizes fine motor development, early literacy, and foundational math skills.
Using Purposeful Design Bible (K–8), instruction aligns with Bloom’s levels of Remember, Understand, and Apply. Students memorize Scripture, retell Bible stories, explain foundational truths, and practice biblical character in daily life.
In the intermediate grades, students strengthen comprehension and critical thinking.
Instruction progresses to Analyze. Through “Purposeful Design Bible”, students explain themes of Scripture, apply biblical principles to real-life situations, and examine choices and consequences from a biblical worldview.
In the middle school years, learning shifts from input to output through research, argument writing, presentations, labs, and discussion.
TCI Social Studies supports source analysis and civic reasoning, while Purposeful Design Bible guides students toward doctrinal understanding and worldview evaluation.
Faith instruction expands through Evaluate and Create. Students defend their beliefs respectfully, assess moral issues biblically, articulate personal faith statements, and demonstrate ownership of their faith through leadership and service.
From kindergarten through eighth grade, students grow academically and spiritually — building strong foundations, developing critical thinking, and ultimately taking ownership of both their learning and their faith.
Everything we teach is done Under the Cross — shaping minds, forming hearts, and preparing students to live with purpose in Christ
